In collaboration with Plus Architecture, this project involved the refurbishment and extension of the former Dublin Skin Cancer and Urinary Hospital. The existing buildings were in a significant state of dilapidation following years of neglect and the stabilisation, repair, consolidation and development to the rear took place over ten years. The redevelopment delivers a mixed-use building containing office, restaurant and cultural spaces.
