This mixed-use development along Upper Mount Street and Lower Fitzwilliam Street is part of the larger Project Fitzwilliam ESB development. It involved adapting the former interconnected ESB offices and staff accommodation located in the Georgian houses and converting them to residential and office use. Six of the 1790-1830s buildings have been adapted and refurbished to provide eleven spacious homes.

The project builds on, and is proposed as, an exemplar of the South Georgian Townhouse Reuse Study which Shaffrey Architects prepared for Dublin City Council in 2019.
