Quietly nestled among the bustling Dublin streetscape, the established typology of living over the shop has a renewed sense of quality at 14 Clarendon Street.

Consisting of the extension and refurbishment of a three-storey over basement to duplex residential unit over ground floor commercial unit of early eighteenth-century house with early eighteenth-century stair and panelling  that has undergone transformative alterations. The success of this project has been greatly influenced by the careful process of repair informed by specialist craftsmen, tradespersons, and intricate bespoke detailing.
